Mountain Time Means New Photos
Recenly, Apostle Carlos L. Collins ministered about how now was the time of elevation for HDChurchTallahassee. He affectionately called the message: Mountain Time. This week, Apostle Carlos and Dr. Nicky took new ministry photos for the first time in 3-years. They say the new photos are significant as they move into the prophetic decree, "Mountain Time!"
